I'm missing a product from my order, what do I do?
Although this is rare, mistakes can happen and if you find any items missing, please contact us immediately through email and/or chat on site and we will get this addressed right away. If item(s) were damaged during shipment, please take photos of the shipment package in damaged state and the products inside. We will address right away.
Is it possible to exchange for a different sized item?
Absolutely, simply shoot us a email with your order number and we will alert you of our return address. Please note, postage is not covered on return or re-ship of items.
What if I need to return an item?
We offer a 14 day return window that begins on the date you receive your order. Simply contact us via email/chat and we will provide you with our return address. Alll items returned must be in original packaging, not used, and in original condition for return approval. Please note, for fine art print orders specifically, there is a restocking fee as each print is made custom. We recommend adding tracking to your parcel when shipped back to us.
*Shipping cost is none refundable and will be deducted from total refund amount.
When can I expect my refund?
Upon receiving any returns, it typically takes 1-3 business days to process your refund. After that, it will be credited back to your initial card used to make the purchase on our website and that can vary bank to bank, but usually goes through within 1-2 business days.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Shipping times may vary and we offer multiple means of shipping upon checkout. However, below are some common shipping times for standard expedited orders (not including time to prepare order for shipment):
USA: 2-3 business days
Canada & UK: 5-10 business days
Europe: 7-12 business days
Rest of world: 7-21 business days
Are there any custom duties on shipments?
Over 95% of our international shipments (outside USA) do not have duties. However, occasionally, this may be the case where you have some duties and this varies from country to country based on local laws. It is our priority to send shipments with minimal costing and by using shipment methods that help mitigate any duties.
